Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity, celebrated the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It’s a day to give back, support your community, and make a difference both locally and globally.

In Bellows Falls, Giving Tuesday is an opportunity to:

  • Strengthen downtown programs and community events

Our Work – Bellows Falls Downtown Development Alliance (BFDDA)

BFDDA is dedicated to keeping downtown Bellows Falls vibrant, welcoming, and full of life. Your support helps fund programs and events that strengthen our community, including:

Events

  • Holidays in Bellows Falls – A town-wide BINGO card highlighting local businesses and the charm of Bellows Falls (more info: https://bellowsfallsvt.org/holidays-in-bellows-falls-2025/)
  • Book Crawl – Featuring multiple local book-selling businesses and celebrating National Literacy Month (Sept) and National Book Month (Oct)
  • Old Home Days – A day-long festival celebrating Bellows Falls and the surrounding area

Downtown Beautification Projects

  • Keep Bellows Falls Beautiful (KBFB) – Monthly program (May–Oct) keeping downtown clean, attractive, and functional
  • Light Up Bellows Falls (LightUpBF) – Holiday decorating team creating a festive downtown

Community Events

  • Bellows Falls Farmers Market – Weekly from June–Sept; monthly Oct–Dec
