Since 2004, Greater Falls Connections, a public health coalition has served the Windham Northeast Supervisory Union (WNESU) area communities of Bellows Falls, Saxtons River, Bartonsville, Brockway Mills, Cambridgeport, Westminster, Grafton and Athens.
Greater Falls Connections– The vision of GFC is to build a healthy and nurturing community with a focus on equity and inclusion. They work with a connection of multiple sectors of the community–including businesses, parents, media, law enforcement, schools, faith organizations, health providers, social service agencies, and government.
Greater Falls Connections-works with the coalition to help with community building to create a place to live that is more resilient and healthy.
