Since 2004, Greater Falls Connections, a public health coalition has served the Windham Northeast Supervisory Union (WNESU) area communities of Bellows Falls, Saxtons River, Bartonsville, Brockway Mills, Cambridgeport, Westminster, Grafton and Athens.
Greater Falls Connections-connected multiple sectors of the community–including businesses, parents, media, law enforcement, schools, faith organizations, health providers, social service agencies, and government.
Greater Falls Connections-works with the coalition to help with community building to create a place to live that is more resilient and healthy.
